Our permanent storage buildings were originally designed and built in 2003 from the ground up as a modern self storage facility. All those units have insulation to help prevent drastic temperature changes in all seasons. This insures optimal conditions for all your storage needs and adds a layer of protection for your stored items. Our newer portable style units feature sealed hinged door access versus conventional roll up garage style doors and come in convenient sizes and pricing compared to our original storage units.

Our location is adjacent to one of the nicer single family neighborhoods in the much sought after Maplewood section in the South End of Fall River. We are easily accessible from Route 24 and I-195 just off of Plymouth Avenue.
State of the Art
Here at Affordable Storage, we recognize the need to continuously evolve and keep up with fast changing technology. We recently installed a state of the art digital IP infrared camera system, capable of delivering crystal clear images in the darkest of conditions. We have upgraded all of our exterior lighting and have begun a year long project of installing new perimeter security features and improvements.
All of our self storage software has been updated to enable existing tenants to make online payments, view customer history, and manage their accounts, in addition to allow new tenants to make online reservations anytime day or night.
